YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) WITHIN ONE WEEK. PLEASE CHECK THE INFORMATION AT THE BELOW

At GardenSupply UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within one week (7 days) of receipt for a full refund, provided the item(s) are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hsndesignlondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Please note that GardenSupply UK does not cover the shipping cost for returns.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
